Delivery and Returns Policy
Extended Christmas Returns
All orders placed between 1st November and 24th December can be returned up until 9th January.
Delivery
Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £70.00
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note: our warehouse is closed on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may:

Return items for a refund within 21 days of receipt

Return items for an exchange within 30 days of receipt
A £2.95 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, pet hair, odour, or damage will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 12–14 working days of the return being received and will be issued to the original payment method.
How to Return
Once your return has been received, we aim to process it within 14 days. During exceptionally busy periods (such as sales), this may take up to 28 days.
UK Returns
We offer a quick and easy returns process for UK customers using Royal Mail.
Please:

Visit Royal Mail – Return an Item, where you can:

Download and print your label, or

Use the QR code at your local Post Office

Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Can’t get to the Post Office? Royal Mail also offers a collection service for prepaid parcels — simply book a collection online.
If you’ve misplaced your returns form, please contact us and we’ll email you a replacement.
International Returns
We do not currently offer a returns service for orders placed outside the UK.
International customers may return items at their own cost, ensuring that all postage and any applicable duties are pre-paid. Returns sent with unpaid charges may be rejected.

Faulty Items
Customers are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving an item if it is found to be faulty.
We cannot accept responsibility for faults caused by customer negligence, including failure to follow care instructions. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
