Right now, things are changing every day & with so much uncertainty we totally understand how overwhelming our normal daily life's can start to feel.
.
Whilst new office spaces are being set-up at home (for the majority of us!) & spending longer in our pyjamas is becoming the norm, we wanted to share a few of the ways that you can keep a little normality in your day-to-day and still have fun at home!
.
Take a look at the things that team W.O.A.T will be getting up to at home.

1. Has there ever been a better time to Netflix binge?
Without feeling too guilty about spending hours on the sofa, now is the BEST time to catch up on all those Netflix series you've wanted to watch. The ones that we'll be starting on are: Love is Blind, Flowers, Black Mirror, You + You2, Elite and of course, Friends. Keep us tagged on social with what you'll be watching!

2. Bake or cook something new

With life always being so on the go, we rarely get this much time at home to work on our baking skills or to experiment with new recipes. So, now you have some time on your hands, why not try cooking an ambitious dish to impress close family or friends that you might live with. Who knows, by the time things return to normal, you might just be the next Mary Berry!

3. Take a walk on a quiet beach or in the countryside

Escaping to the local beach is our favourite thing to do no matter what time of the year. So although our walks should only be once a day & on your own at present, getting as much fresh air (safely) as possible is so important for our mental health. If you can, take a walk in your favourite quiet place & if you're not used to so much quiet time, plug in a podcast to keep you company on your travels.

4. Read a new book or find a new podcast

You know that book that you had on your Christmas wish list now sitting pretty on the book shelf? Now's the ideal time to take to the sofa and get lost in a new book. Not a fan of reading? Make a list of 5 new podcasts you'd like to listen to and maybe even learn from whilst chilling at home this weekend. Here's a list of some of our favourites at W.O.A.T if you're not sure where to start: https://www.elle.com/uk/life-and-culture/culture/a29853336/best-podcasts

5. Fitness workouts from home

Whether you're a daily fitness fanatic or enjoy weekly gym classes or your own gym sessions, it's going to be harder than usual to stay motivated at home and keeping fitness a priority. So we've done the research for you and found the best fitness experts to follow for easy home workouts: https://www.cosmopolitan.com/uk/body/fitness-workouts/a31671927/free-home-workouts-instagram-coronavirus/

6. Spring clean your wardrobe

Now's the perfect time to make some room in your wardrobe for new spring pieces! Whether you're feeling extra productive and fancy selling your hand-me-downs on Ebay or Depop or simply bagging up your unwanted clothes ready for charity - a spring clean of your wardrobe, cupboards & anywhere in general around your house is always a great thing that we rarely have the time to do! We're a big fan of Depop - take a look at our seconds & samples sale which is updated weekly right here.
