In aid of World Mental Health Day this Sunday 10th October we are proud to once again be supporting the charity Mind by donating 10% of all sales from the eight products in our charity collection from Friday 8th to Monday 11th of October.
.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic many of us have struggled with our mental health and well-being, and for many people this will not change even with the lifting of restrictions and return to normality.
.
We know what you might be thinking.. why blue? If you take a look at the charity Mind you will soon realise why.
.
Raising awareness and promoting understanding is crucial to breaking stigmas surrounding mental illness. Mind help people to understand their condition and offer a range of supportive services, including:
- An Infoline, which provides information at the price of a local call (0300 123 3393)
- A Legal line, which provides legal information and general advice on mental health related law (0300 466 6463)
There is a network of around 125 local minds across England and Wales that provide specialised support and care based on the needs of each community.
.
Mental illness is often not visible, you never know who might be struggling - a family member, a friend, a colleague, a stranger. Want to find out more about how you can help those who are struggling?
