Return or Exchange
  • If you need to return or exchange an item, please send the item back with the completed exchange/returns form

  • All sale items are non refundable or exchangeable
  • Headwear is non refundable or exchangeable 
  • All returns/exchanges will be granted no later than 14 days from when your shipment is received. All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging and tags
  • Old stock do not have tags but must be returned in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges

  • Refunds will be issued once the item has been received or when sufficient evidence of a faulty item has been given
  • No refund allowed for any product after 14 days
  • Second Class deliveries are tracked and shipped by MyHermes (3-5 days)
  • 24 Hour and 48 Hour tracked deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail
  • Free deliveries on orders over £50 are shipped by MyHermes (3-5 days)

- 24 Hour Tracked delivery - £5.65  (sent same day if ordered before 2pm)

  • Pre-Ordered Norfolk Quarter Zip Sweatshirts will be shipped the second week of December in time for Christmas delivery.
