Delivery and Returns Policy
All orders are sent the same working day if ordered before 12pm, orders placed after 12pm may be sent the next working day. Orders placed during the weekend or on a bank holiday are sent the next working day.

- 48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail (2 working days) - £5.85
- 24 Hour Tracked Royal Mail (1 working day) - £6.85
- Special Delivery Royal Mail (guaranteed by 1pm next working day) - £7.95
We offer the following international delivery options:
- UPS Standard Europe Delivery (7-9 working days) - £12.95
- UPS Standard USA Delivery (7-10 working Days - £13.95
- UPS Standard Rest Of The World Delivery (8-10 working days) - £14.95
If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) for a refund if returned within 21 days or for exchange if returned within 30 days.
We will not be able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or if they’ve had the original tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.
If you choose to return your item(s) we aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.
We offer one FREE returns label with all UK orders. Simply complete the provided returns form stating the reason for the return and enclose within your package and secure the free post label on the front of your parcel. Please ensure you retain your proof of postage from the Post Office.
Please do not return your goods via parcel delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS (or similar) as Customs Charges will be applied and forwarded to you for payment.

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence, such as, not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
Please contact us via email email@example.com that includes your Order Number (begins #) information regarding the fault and we will require images to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution. We will contact you in writing to confirm the next actionable steps within 2 working days.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or a credit note only.
All headwear is non-returnable.
Returns of swimwear are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
Items that have had their original tags removed.
